Nick Hinton is a 5-STAR realtor. My wife and I feel extremely fortunate to have come across him. Although I’m not going to get into common behavioral patterns of realtors(psychologists we are), I am going to tell you, Nick is not characteristic of this model. NICK IS OUTSTANDING! We were/are working with Nick, while still in CA, to purchase a property in Asheville, NC. Although on our last trip we did not purchase, we came as close as possible, retracting our offer on the last day of DD due to an issue with the property that could not be resolved. In summary, Nick is more than just a realtor with his approach. He covered every aspect of home-buying that we needed, and then more. He was more than on-the-ball.
